Product Description

Practice all your shots in a variety of lies with the SKLZ Rick Smith Launch Pad all-purpose hitting mat. The mat offers several hitting surfaces: a trio of tees for hitting with oversized drivers, fairway woods, or irons, a fairway surface that simulates the feel of short grass, and a rough surface that mimics the conditions of swinging through a tough lie.

The Launch Pad offers 3 tees for drivers, woods, and irons.

Includes rough surface for practicing a tough lie.
As a result, you can practice your drives, iron shots, and short game just about anywhere, provided you have enough room to swing a club. The heavy-duty, non-slip rubber mat measures 1 by 2 feet, with a realistic grass surface that simulates a genuine golf course feel.

Does the job

Maybe the poor reviewers received "lemons" but the one I have is great! It serves its purpose well and has helped me keep my sanity by allowing me to practice my swing inside during the snow storms. The two tees (of different height) also help simulate tee shots with your driver and irons.
Great, quality purchase

I could not be more happy. The surface for this mat is high quality and simulates real grass very well. The two tee heights is a major plus. Need a good quality launch pad? This product is a sure bet.
Driving Mat

I have purchased at least 30 of these driving mats which we have sent to rehabilitation centers at VA hospitals throughout the country. The recovering troops enjoy hitting balls during their physical therapy sessions. This product is great because it provides protection from wrist and hand injuries for the recovering soldiers.
Golf mat

Reviewer: Dorothy M. Mccaffrey,
Seems to be well made. I haven't tried it yet but I like the fact that it has two levels. Use the taller grass side for practice chipping. Having two tee sizes allows for practice with your driver and irons. It's also very portable. I like the product very much.
Interesting but too small for regular practice

I give it a 3 star rating just because the mat is so small that is not very forgiving if you're just trying to warm up. On the other side if you're good enough that you can practice with this without missing a shot then you don't really need it.. :)
